1. Return & Refund Conditions:

✔ Return period: 14 days from delivery date
✔ Return product must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In original condition

  • With proof of purchase (order number)

2. Non-Returnable Items:

✘ Consumable materials (paper, ink, etc.)
✘ Products damaged due to misuse
✘ Opened packages or used products
